Every protection plan has limits. Ours are short, and they're written in the contract at the same size as everything else.
- Pre-existing failuresIf equipment was already broken when you signed up, we won't cover it. We don't pretend otherwise.
- Improper installationEquipment installed without permits or to non-code standards isn't covered until it's brought up to spec.
- Acts of godFlood, fire, lightning strikes to the equipment. Insurance handles those, and we don't duplicate it.
- Anything outside CanadaWe're licensed and operate strictly in Canada.
